Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a welcoming feel, with friendly staff and a good central location. However, the rooms may need some improvement, as they showed signs of aging and cleanliness issues that affected our stay experience.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfy, but some areas seemed old and in need of renovation. The service was fantastic, with staff fluent in multiple languages. The location was nice but felt a bit overpriced. The dining was good overall, but some improvements could be made. The facilities were adequate, with a pleasant pool area.
The hotel location is overpriced for the area but also nice. The rooms need desperate updating, although being at the 100 level on the first floor with hockey nets was a unique touch. The service was not so friendly overall but okay for check-in; dry cleaning, housekeeping, and shops were available, and a welcome drink was offered. The dining experience in the morning was satisfactory with excellent service; the indulgent pastry was a highlight. Facilities were adequate for my needs.
